President & CEO
Linda Walsh is a finance and business development professional with expertise and extensive knowledge in all areas of accounting and operations for both profit and not-for-profit corporations. With over 25 years of experience, she is a hands-on leader with key strengths in strategic and financial planning, securing corporate funding and sponsorships, tactical execution and leadership of initiatives that enhance operations, customer service, and optimizing profitability. Linda has a demonstrated record of developing and executing financial and operational controls that improve P&L and competitively position organizations. Prior to founding VCC Systems in 2008, she directed the finance and business operations for the North American Association of SUBWAY® Franchisees and was recognized for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of franchise business development. Linda received a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Steven H. Jackson,
Executive Vice President
Steve Jackson has more than three decades of experience assisting organizations of all sizes with the evaluation and assimilation of new technology and the outsourcing of non-core competencies. As an internationally recognized expert in several areas of high technology and their marketplaces, Steve has provided business leaders with the insight necessary to acquire and integrate complementary technology and its supporting organization. While in this undertaking, Steve has assisted Fortune 100 companies in the reorganization required to fully exploit newly acquired business components and technologies. He advises industry in both a consulting capacity and as a keynote speaker at frequent, internationally attended symposiums. His areas of expertise include data and voice communication, enterprise network design, distributed relational customer and vendor resource management, contact center systems analysis, database systems selection, computer aided engineer, design and manufacturing, and object-oriented application development methodology.
